The Gewürztraminer Passito Juvelo 2022 from the Andrian winery is a fascinating wine with a variety of sensory impressions. Its color shows a vivid golden yellow that shines in the glass and reflects the concentration of the wine. The scent unfolds a rich bouquet of aromas, including ripe tropical fruits such as mango and pineapple, accompanied by floral notes of rose petals and spices such as cloves and ginger.

The main grape variety of this wine is Gewürztraminer, an aromatic white grape known for its intense aromas and full body. This grape grows particularly well in the cool climate conditions of the wine-growing zone, which is characterized by warm days and cool nights. The special feature of this wine lies in its production process as passito, in which the grapes are dried to increase their concentration and sweetness

This process gives the wine a unique intensity and complexity. The soil consists primarily of calcareous clay soils, which provide good drainage and supply of nutrients for the vines. The growing system is carefully selected to ensure optimal growing conditions and to promote uniform ripening of the grapes.
