The Pinot Grigio DOC from 2023 from the Andrian winery appears in a bright straw yellow in the glass. Its bouquet delights with intense aromas of green apples, pears and citrus fruits, accompanied by floral notes. On the palate, it is dry and fresh with lively acidity and fruity nuances of apples, peaches and citrus fruits, rounded off by a subtle minerality.

The Pinot Grigio grape variety, also known as Pinot Gris or Pinot Gris, is characterized by its thin skin and delicate aroma. It is often grown in cooler climates and produces elegant wines with lively acidity and fruity character. The grapes for Pinot Grigio are harvested by hand and gently pressed to preserve the aromatic diversity. The aging takes place mostly in stainless steel tanks to accentuate the freshness and fruitiness of the wine, while a small portion is aged in wooden barrels to add complexity and structure.
