Der Riesling Beerenauslese 2023 vom Weingut Bassermann-Jordan präsentiert sich in einem leuchtenden Goldgelb. In der Nase entfaltet er ein intensives Bouquet von reifen Aprikosen, Honig und einem Hauch von exotischen Früchten. Am Gaumen zeigt sich der Wein mit einer beeindruckenden Süße, die von einer lebendigen Säure perfekt ausbalanciert wird, wodurch eine harmonische Frische entsteht. Die feine Mineralität verleiht dem Wein zusätzliche Komplexität und Tiefe. Der Abgang ist langanhaltend und hinterlässt einen nachhaltigen Eindruck von Frucht und Eleganz.

Die Beerenauslese ist eine edelsüße Spezialität, die aus sorgfältig selektierten, überreifen und edelfaulen Trauben gewonnen wird.
