The Sauvignon Blanc “Garnellen Anphora BIO - 2020" from Tröpfltalhof presents itself in an intense, bright golden yellow, which already visually signals its richness. The nose is pampered by aromas of ripe yellow fruits such as apricot, quince and pear, complemented by spicy spicy notes of white pepper and ginger. On the palate, this Sauvignon Blanc reveals an unusual substance with an almost red wine-like tannin structure, which, however, is balanced by its dryness and freedom from any severity. The aftertaste is characterized by a rich fruitiness and persistent spiciness

This wine, pressed from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, is grown biodynamically on the Tröpfltalhof, a winery that is characterized by its sustainable and environmentally conscious management. The special feature of this wine lies in its vinification in clay amphoras, which enable subtle oxidation and thus bring out the complexity and character of the wine in a unique way. The Tröpfltalhof is proud of its biodynamic certification and sees it not only as proof of quality, but also of its commitment to nature and the purity of its products.
