The Bärleitn Anphora Cabernet BIO from Tröpfltalhof is bright ruby red, which develops garnet red reflections over time. On the nose, there is an intense aroma of berries, especially blueberries, followed by distinct spicy notes such as black pepper, paprika and cloves. These are complemented by nuances of bitter cocoa and balsamic notes that are reminiscent of eucalyptus and rosemary. On the palate, the wine is intense and fine, juicy and tasty, with a good structure and a sophisticated tannic texture that caresses the palate and gives a pleasant elegance and complexity. The aftertaste is long-lasting.

This wine comes from biodynamic farming and reflects the winery's philosophy, which focuses on harmonious interaction with nature. The Cabernet grape variety, specially aged in Anphora, shows the unique characteristics of this method, which aims for minimal intervention in the cellar and maximum expression of the terroir. The use of amphorae accentuates Cabernet's natural aromas and supports the winery's philosophy of producing authentic, vibrant wines that clearly reflect their origins.
