The Sauvignon DOC 2024 from the Tramin winery has an inviting scent of exotic fruits such as gooseberries, grapefruit and passion fruit, accompanied by nuances of fresh grass and herbs. Its color is a vivid straw yellow with greenish reflections, which indicates youthfulness and freshness. This wine is made from the Sauvignon Blanc grape, which is known for its lively acidity, intense aromas and fresh character.
The grapes are carefully picked by hand and fermented in modern stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and fruitiness. The special feature of this wine lies in its crunchy acidity, lively fruitiness and complex aromas, which make it an ideal accompaniment for light summer dishes or as a refreshing aperitif.
The Tramin winery, located in the heart of South Tyrol, benefits from a mild climate with warm days and cool nights, which creates ideal conditions for growing Sauvignon Blanc. The vineyards are surrounded by picturesque countryside with rolling hills and lush vegetation. The soil is characterized by calcareous slate soils, which give the wine a mineral note. The farming system follows modern farming methods to maximize the quality of the grapes.
