The Brut Trento DOC “Domini Nero” from 2016 by Abate Nero is an elegant representation of Pinot Noir, which is 100% used in this fine sparkling wine. The vivid straw yellow color with golden reflections attracts the eye and promises a taste experience of the highest quality. The nose is caressed by a rich bouquet of ripe apples, delicate flowers and a touch of roasted nuts. On the palate, the full-bodied fruitiness of Pinot Noir unfolds, accompanied by fine perlage and a subtle yeast note. The fresh acid structure gives the wine a balanced balance, while the long, refreshing finish spoils the palate.
