The Brut Riserva Trento DOC Cuvée dell' Abate - 2010 Abate Nero is a brilliant representative of Italian sparkling wine that comes from the majestic hills of Trentino. This exclusive cuvée is made from a selected blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, which grow on the region's sun-drenched vineyards. His character is characterized by subtle elegance, with a fine perlage that gently unfolds in the glass.

The long aging on the yeast gives it a complex aroma of ripe apples, toast and roasted nuts, accompanied by a touch of citrus and mineral nuances. On the palate, this sparkling wine is dry and balanced, with a lively acid structure and a silky texture. Its persistent finish leaves a touch of brioche and almonds on the tongue.
