The Al Passo del Leone Weiss IGT BIO - 2023 by Alois Lageder is an excellent biodynamic white wine that consists of a blend of Müller-Thurgau, Pinot Grigio, Moscato Giallo and Gewürztraminer. These grapes are carefully cultivated in various regions of South Tyrol, including Magrè, Cortaccia and Valle Isarco, which
have altitudes of up to 900 meters.This wine has a clear, light yellow colour with a greenish tinge. The bouquet is finely aromatic and complex, with fruity notes of elderberry and spicy accents. On the palate, it is juicy, fresh and lively, with a delicate, mineral
structure and an elegant finish.Al Passo del Leone Weiss is characterized by its biodynamic production and is Demeter certified. The biodynamic methods promote natural biodiversity and the health of the vines, which further increases the quality of the wine. This wine is characterized by its liveliness and freshness, which is supported by the climate of South Tyrol with warm days and cool nights as well as the calcareous,
sandy soils.
