This wine consists of 100% Moscato Bianco grapes grown in the hilly Mango vineyards in Piedmont. Moscato bianco is known for its intense, aromatic properties and ability to produce fresh and fragrant wines, often characterized by floral and fruity notes.
A special feature of Vigna Senza Nome is its manufacturing process: After a short maceration on the skins, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled pressure tanks, followed by cold stabilization and microfiltration.
