The Kerner Passito Nectaris from 2022 from the Eisacktal winery presents itself as a seductive dessert wine of exceptional quality. The intense aromas and deep golden color make it a true pleasure experience. Its bouquet beguiles with notes of dried fruit, honey and exotic spices, while on the palate, a harmonious sweetness with a refreshing acid balance impresses. The main grape variety of this wine is the seed grape, which is perfect for making dessert wines. Your fully ripe grapes go through a complex five-month drying process, which results in a natural concentration of aromas and ingredients.
This wine is characterized by its exceptional sweetness, which is achieved by the sugar gradation of around 38% after pressing. The Eisacktal winery is known for its excellent wines, which perfectly reflect the terroir of the wine-growing zone. The unique climatic conditions and special soil conditions help Kerner grapes find ideal conditions for their development here. This careful winemaking process and the passion of the winemakers are reflected in every sip of Kerner Passito Nectaris, which promises an unforgettable moment of pleasure.
