Der Château Suduiraut 2021, ein Premier Cru Classé aus Sauternes, präsentiert sich in mittlerem Goldgelb mit silbernen Reflexen. Das Bouquet entfaltet Nuancen von Mango, Birne, Honig, Quitte und Karamell, begleitet von dezenter Holzwürze und einem Hauch von gerösteter Ananas. Am Gaumen zeigt sich der Wein stoffig und elegant mit seidiger Textur und großer Frische. Aromen von reifer Ananas und feinem Honig verleihen ihm eine ausgewogene Süße, während der würzige Nachhall und die mineralischen Noten für einen anhaltenden Abgang sorgen. Dieser Sauternes verfügt über ein sicheres Reifepotenzial und wird mit den Jahren an Komplexität gewinnen.

Die Cuvée besteht hauptsächlich aus Sémillon und einem kleineren Anteil Sauvignon Blanc, typisch für die Region Sauternes. Die Weinberge von Château Suduiraut profitieren von einem außergewöhnlichen Terroir mit kiesigen Böden, die für die Entwicklung der Edelfäule (Botrytis cinerea) ideal sind und somit die Konzentration der Aromen und die natürliche Süße des Weins fördern.

Château Suduiraut, seit 1855 als Premier Cru Classé eingestuft, zählt zu den historischen Weingütern in Sauternes und ist bekannt für seine rigorose Selektion im Weinberg und Keller, die Weine von bemerkenswerter Finesse und Komplexität hervorbringt.
