Merlot Riserva DOC Siebeneich 2021 from the Schreckbichl winery presents itself as an outstanding red wine. Its bright ruby red color promises an intense experience even in the glass. When tasted for the first time, it reveals a complex bouquet of ripe cherries, black berries and a touch of vanilla that seduces the senses. On the palate, there is an elegant blend of velvety texture and balanced acidity, accompanied by notes of dark chocolate,

tobacco and spices.

This wine is made from 100% Merlot grapes, which grow in the vineyards around the Schreckbichl winery in South Tyrol. The Merlot grape is characterized by its ability to develop complex aromas and a silky texture that are perfect for the region's terroir.

The term “Riserva” indicates a special level of quality and means that the wine has undergone a longer period of aging on the bottle to increase its complexity and expressiveness. Merlot Riserva DOC Siebeneich is therefore a wine that meets the highest standards and reflects the unique personality of the terroir.
