Thomas Niedermayr's Abendrot BIO of the Year 2019 is an exceptional wine pearl that impresses not only with its sophisticated taste, but also with its organic production. This special wine, a so-called orange wine, is characterized by its unique color, which is similar to an intense orange.
This wine goes through a special manufacturing process, which includes three months on the mash and a subsequent aging of a total of 31 months, half in steel barrels and the other half in wooden barrels, on the fine yeast. In April 2022, it was bottled unembellished and unfiltered before undergoing further aging in the bottle.
The bouquet is dominated by enticing aromas of almonds, orange peel, dark stone fruit and resin, which offer a sensual olfactory experience. On the palate, Abendrot BIO is rich and expressive, with a remarkable structure, grip and perfectly balanced acidity.
This wine is not only a treat for the palate, but also an homage to nature and organic winemaking. Its purity and authenticity make it an ideal companion for special occasions and culinary delights. Immerse yourself in the world of Abendrot BIO and be seduced by its elegance and complexity
