The Lagrein IGT Mitterberg Raut 2019 by Luis Oberrauch is presented in an intensely bright ruby red color. On the nose, it develops a complex bouquet of wild berries and violets. On the palate, it is warm and persistent with finely structured tannins and a pleasantly typical acidity.

This wine consists of 100% of the indigenous Lagrein grape variety, which is known for its deep colors, strong aromas and good structure. Lagrein offers notes of cherry, dark chocolate, plum, raspberry and licorice. Lagrein Raut 2019 matures for 24 months in barriques, 80% of which is in new wood, giving it additional complexity and depth.

typical of this wine is its combination of power and elegance. The grapes come from a small individual vineyard in Auer, which is known for its deep porphyry soils. With just 1,900 bottles, this vintage is a real gem for connoisseurs
