The Cuvée Rosso IGT Mont Més 2023 by Castelfeder is a classic red wine offering reliable quality. Its bouquet reveals dark cherries, ripe plums and spicy notes. In the glass, it shows deep ruby red with violet reflections. On the palate, it is fruity and spicy, with soft tannins and refreshing acidity. The blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Lagrein creates balance and aromatic depth. Traditional aging in wooden barrels adds hints of vanilla and roasted notes. Crafted in South Tyrol’s vineyards, it reflects the region’s unique climate and mineral-rich soils. A solid, versatile wine, perfect for everyday enjoyment and food pairings.
