Der Gewürztraminer Riserva DOC Elyònd 2021 vom Landesweingut Laimburg ist ein herausragender Weißwein, der die typischen Eigenschaften der Gewürztraminer-Rebe in besonderer Weise zur Geltung bringt. Im Glas präsentiert er sich in einem kräftigen Goldgelb. Das Bouquet verführt mit intensiven Noten von Rosen, Lavendel und süßen Feigen. Am Gaumen zeigt er sich opulent und ausgewogen, mit einer angenehmen Säure, die dem Wein Eleganz und Finesse verleiht. Der Abgang ist langanhaltend und harmonisch.

Die Gewürztraminer-Rebe ist bekannt für ihre aromatische Intensität und die charakteristischen Duftnoten von Rosen und exotischen Früchten. Typisch für diese Rebsorte sind Weine mit kräftigem Körper, moderater Säure und einem leicht würzigen Abgang. Der Begriff "Riserva" weist darauf hin, dass der Wein eine längere Reifezeit durchlaufen hat, was ihm zusätzliche Komplexität und Tiefe verleiht. In Südtirol bedeutet dies für Weißweine eine Mindestlagerung von zwei Jahren.
