The Sauvignon DOC 2024 from Laimburg Estate Winery is an outstanding white wine that combines the typical characteristics of the Sauvignon Blanc grape with the unique terroir of South Tyrol. In the glass, it displays a bright straw-yellow color. The bouquet is marked by intense aromas of gooseberry, green apple, and citrus fruits, complemented by subtle notes of freshly cut grass and elderflower. On the palate, the wine is fresh and lively, with well-integrated acidity that adds refreshing tension, leading to a harmonious, mineral finish.
