Der Pinot Grigio DOC 2023 vom Landesweingut Laimburg ist ein exzellenter Weißwein, der die typischen Eigenschaften der Pinot-Grigio-Rebe mit dem einzigartigen Terroir Südtirols verbindet. Im Glas präsentiert er sich in einem hellen Strohgelb mit grünlichen Reflexen. Das Bouquet entfaltet frische Aromen von grünem Apfel, Birne und Zitrusfrüchten, begleitet von dezenten floralen Noten. Am Gaumen zeigt er sich trocken, leicht und erfrischend, mit einer lebendigen Säure und einem harmonischen, mineralischen Abgang.

Die Rebsorte Pinot Grigio, international auch als Pinot Gris bekannt, zeichnet sich durch ihre Vielseitigkeit und Anpassungsfähigkeit an verschiedene Klimazonen aus. Typisch für diese Rebsorte sind fruchtige Aromen von Apfel und Birne sowie eine knackige Säure, die dem Wein Frische verleiht.
