Der Château TrotteVieille 2021 ist ein herausragender Premier Grand Cru Classé aus Saint-Émilion. Mit seiner tief rubinroten Farbe und brillanten Reflexen überzeugt er bereits optisch. In der Nase entfaltet er ein elegantes Bouquet von roten Früchten wie Kirsche und Himbeere, begleitet von floralen Noten, die ihm eine besondere Finesse verleihen. Am Gaumen zeigt er eine seidige Textur, präzise Tannine und eine erfrischende Säure, die in einem langen, eleganten Abgang mündet.

Die Cuvée des Jahrgangs 2021 setzt sich aus 54 % Cabernet Franc, 45 % Merlot und 1 % Cabernet Sauvignon zusammen. Cabernet Franc verleiht dem Wein seine aromatische Intensität und Struktur, während Merlot für Geschmeidigkeit und Fruchtigkeit sorgt. Der Jahrgang 2021 war klimatisch anspruchsvoll, doch die sorgfältige Weinbergsarbeit und die Vinifikation in der neuen Kellerei des Weinguts trugen zu einer außergewöhnlichen Qualität bei.
