After a short maceration, the Solaris Gandberg Weiss IGT BIO grapes are gently pressed to preserve their fine aromas and natural freshness. The alcoholic and malolactic fermentation takes place spontaneously, which contributes to the authentic expressiveness of the wine. The aging takes place in a variety of barrels, including steel, neutral wood, acacia and chestnut. First on full yeast and then on fine yeast, the wine develops a complex texture and a rich aroma profile.
In April 2021, Solaris Gandberg Weiss IGT BIO is bottled unembellished and unfiltered to preserve its purity. It then undergoes further aging in the bottle, which allows its aromas to blend harmoniously. This wine has a cool, fruity style with notes of yellow fruits, stone fruit, ripe gooseberries and juicy peaches. Its lively and spicy profile makes it a fascinating companion for gastronomic experiences.
This Solaris Gandberg Weiss IGT BIO not only embodies the characteristic taste of Gandberg, but also the commitment to organic viticulture. Each sip of this wine pays homage to the natural beauty and purity of the
