The Pinot Grigio IGT Mont Més from the year 2024 from Castelfeder has a bright straw yellow in the glass. Its bouquet exudes fine aromas of juicy pears, green apples and delicate citrus notes, accompanied by a slight floral note. On the palate, the wine is fresh and lively with well-balanced acidity and a touch of minerality. The Pinot Grigio grape variety is known for its elegance and finesse and grows particularly well in cooler wine-growing regions. The special feature of this wine lies in its crunchy freshness and its light character, which makes it an ideal accompaniment for summer dishes.

The Castelfeder winery is located in the wine-growing region of South Tyrol and is characterized by a long-standing tradition of winemaking.
