The Pinot Grigio DOC 15er from 2023 from Castelfeder has a pale straw yellow color in the glass. Its bouquet exudes intense aromas of juicy pears, green apples and a touch of citrus, accompanied by floral nuances. On the palate, this wine is dry, fresh and crunchy, with lively acidity and a pleasantly long finish. The Pinot Grigio grape variety is known for its versatility and is masterfully embodied in this wine

The grapes for this wine come from the slopes of the South Tyrolean lowlands, where the mild climate and calcareous soils provide ideal conditions for the growth of this grape variety. The grapes for Pinot Grigio 15er are harvested by hand and gently pressed before the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and fruitiness of the grapes. The wine is then aged briefly on the fine yeast to improve its structure and complexity before it is bottled.
