This wine is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, which grow on a south-east facing slope in Eppan Berg at an altitude of 500 meters. The Sauvignon Blanc grape variety is known for its aromatic diversity and fresh acidity, and it is precisely these qualities that come into their own in Oberberg 2022.
Its mineral and fruity notes are typical of this wine. In the glass, it is bright straw yellow with greenish reflections. The bouquet is complex and profound, with aromas of gooseberries, grapefruit and tomato leaves, complemented by a touch of mint and sage.
