The Sauvignon IGT Raif 2023 from Castelfeder is bright straw yellow with greenish reflections, which already visually reveals its freshness. Its bouquet is characterized by intense aromas of gooseberries, green peppers, fresh mint and citrus fruits such as limes and grapefruits. A lively acid structure gives it a refreshing liveliness on the palate and underlines its fruitiness. Notes of tropical fruits and herbs complement the flavor profile and provide a complex and multi-layered aroma.

Sauvignon Raif is carefully pressed from selected Sauvignon Blanc grapes and aged under strict control to best preserve its characteristic aromas. The aging process takes place in stainless steel tanks to maintain freshness and fruitiness before the wine is bottled.

This Sauvignon Blanc is an elegant and refreshing wine that delights with its lively fruitiness and aromatic nuances. Perfect as an aperitif or in combination with light appetizers, fish dishes and salads. The special feature of this wine lies in its distinctive freshness and lively character, which makes it an ideal accompaniment for warm summer days
