Der Kracher Welschriesling Trockenbeerenauslese No. 7 2012 ist ein herausragender edelsüßer Wein aus dem österreichischen Burgenland. Er präsentiert sich in kräftigem Goldgelb und verführt mit intensiven Aromen von reifem Steinobst, insbesondere Pfirsich und Aprikose, begleitet von feinen Honignoten und einem Hauch von Kräuterwürze. Am Gaumen zeigt er eine beeindruckende Balance zwischen opulenter Süße und erfrischender Säure, mit Nuancen von tropischen Früchten und einem langen, mineralischen Abgang.

Die Rebsorte Welschriesling ist bekannt für ihre frische Säure und eignet sich hervorragend für die Produktion von edelsüßen Weinen wie dieser Trockenbeerenauslese. Besonders bemerkenswert ist die Bewertung dieses Weins: Der renommierte Wine Advocate verlieh ihm die Höchstnote von 100 Punkten, was seine außergewöhnliche Qualität unterstreicht.

Der Jahrgang 2012 zeichnete sich durch ideale Wetterbedingungen aus, die eine optimale Reife der Trauben ermöglichten und somit die Produktion von Weinen höchster Qualität begünstigten.
