The Merlot Cabernet Riserva DOC field 2021 from the Kaltern winery is an exceptional wine that impresses with its complexity and elegance. With a beautiful garnet red in the glass, it reveals a tempting bouquet of complex, warm notes of ripe wild berries and delicate hints of roasted aromas. This bouquet is accompanied by subtle nuances of cocoa beans, which give the wine an extra depth.
The main grape varieties in this wine are Merlot and Cabernet, two varieties known for their ability to produce structured and complex wines. Merlot brings in the warm, rich aromas of wild berries, while Cabernet, with its strong tannins and invigorating acid structures, provides a balanced complexity.
