Hergestellt aus der autochthonen Malvasco-Traube, überzeugt er in einem klaren, strahlenden Strohgelb mit feinen grünen Reflexen. Das Bouquet enthüllt eine harmonische Symphonie aus weißen Blüten, spritzigen Zitrusnoten und dezentem Steinobst, begleitet von einem feinen mineralischen Hauch. Am Gaumen besticht er durch eine frische, ausgewogene Säure und ein elegantes Fruchtspiel, das in einem langanhaltenden, subtil mineralischen Abgang mündet.
