Der Otira Sauvignon Blanc 2021 vom Weingut Clos Henri präsentiert sich mit einer klaren, blassgelben Farbe. In der Nase entfaltet er Aromen von frischer Zitrone, getrockneter Mango und Nuancen von weißer Ananas, untermalt von einer steinigen Mineralität. Am Gaumen zeigt sich der Wein intensiv und ausgewogen, mit eleganter, strukturierter Säure, die den saftigen Noten Spannung verleiht. Der einzigartige Terroir bringt eine lange und vollmundige Mineralität im Abgang hervor.

Dieser Wein besteht zu 100% aus Sauvignon Blanc, einer Rebsorte, die für ihre hohe natürliche Säure und Anpassungsfähigkeit an verschiedene Terroirs bekannt ist. Typisch für Sauvignon Blanc sind Aromen von Zitrusfrüchten, grünen Äpfeln und eine ausgeprägte Frische. Der Otira Sauvignon Blanc zeichnet sich durch seine steinige Mineralität und Finesse aus, die an Weine aus Sancerre erinnern. Besonderheiten dieses Weins sind die Herkunft von den Otira Glacial Stones, die ihm seine charakteristische Mineralität verleihen, sowie die biologische Bewirtschaftung des Weinguts.
