The vineyards of Kellerei Kaltern, located on the southern slopes of Lake Caldaro, offer ideal conditions for this demanding grape variety. The Mediterranean climate and mineral-rich soils impart remarkable freshness and complexity to this Sauvignon. In the glass, the Sauvignon Quintessenz presents a bright, pale yellow with green reflections. On the nose, it offers intense and complex notes of green bell pepper, gooseberry, and citrus fruits, accompanied by floral accents and a hint of herbs.
