In der Nase entfaltet er ein intensives Bouquet von schwarzen Johannisbeeren, reifen Pflaumen und dezenten Noten von Tabak und Gewürzen. Am Gaumen zeigt er sich kraftvoll und vollmundig, mit gut strukturierten Tanninen und einer harmonischen Säure, die in einem langen, eleganten Abgang münden.

Die Rebsorte Cabernet Sauvignon ist weltweit für ihre kräftigen Rotweine mit Aromen von dunklen Früchten, Paprika und oft einer charakteristischen Tanninstruktur bekannt. Typisch für diese Rebsorte sind zudem Noten von schwarzer Johannisbeere und eine bemerkenswerte Lagerfähigkeit.
