The Soffocone di Vincigliata Rosso 2019 by Bibi Graetz reveals a deep ruby red color. On the nose, it offers aromas of red and black fruits, complemented by spicy notes and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, it is elegant with well-integrated tannins and a balanced structure. The main grape variety is Sangiovese, known for its freshness, lively acidity, and flavors of cherries and red berries. The wine comes from the Vincigliata vineyard in Fiesole, where the soil is rich in galestro rock and enjoys a perfect southwest to south-facing exposure.

The 2019 vintage was marked by ideal weather conditions, resulting in excellent grape quality. The Fiesole area near Florence is famed for its hilly terrain and high-quality wine production. Bibi Graetz, a self-taught winemaker with an artistic background, is renowned for his innovative approach and dedication to native grape varieties.
