Das Bouquet offenbart feine Kräuterwürze, schwarze Kirschen, zarte Tabaknoten und Nuancen von Brombeeren. Am Gaumen zeigt er mittlere Komplexität mit roten Kirschen, schlanker und lebendiger Struktur, salziger Mineralik und einem zitronigen Touch im Abgang, gefolgt von einem rotbeerigen Nachhall.

Dieser Wein besteht aus den Rebsorten Merlot, Cabernet Franc und Cabernet Sauvignon. Die Besonderheit des Jahrgangs 2021 liegt in seiner kühlen Eleganz und den niedrigeren Alkoholwerten, was auf die klimatischen Bedingungen des Jahres zurückzuführen ist.
