On the palate, it is both intense and well-balanced, with an elegant, structured acidity that gives energy to the juicy fruit notes. The unique terroir delivers a long, full-bodied mineral finish. Made entirely from Sauvignon Blanc, a variety known for its high natural acidity and adaptability, this wine showcases classic citrus and green fruit aromas with refined freshness. What sets it apart is its pronounced minerality, reminiscent of Sancerre, thanks to the Otira glacial stones in the soil.
