Wassererhof in Fiè allo Sciliar is one of South Tyrol's emerging wineries. Situated on an impressive hillside at the foot of the Sciliar, it produces wines with depth, elegance, and a strong sense of place. Notably, the Mumbolt, a powerful red blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Lagrein, and Syrah, and the Cabernet Riserva, an expressive red wine with depth and elegance. Both wines reflect the winery's consistent signature: artisanal, natural, and uncompromisingly quality-oriented. The Misto Mare from Alois Lageder is an exciting, multi-layered cuvée made from various grape varieties – vibrant, fresh, and wonderfully Mediterranean. The grapes come from biodynamic vineyards in South Tyrol, which is reflected in the wine’s clarity and balance. On the nose, you’ll find citrus fruits, white blossoms, and a hint of sea salt. On the palate, it's juicy, cool, and highly drinkable. Perfect with fish, seafood, or simply on its own on a warm day.
