The Haderburg Brut Alto Adige DOC is a traditional-method sparkling wine crafted from 85% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Noir, grown biodynamically at 350–550 m elevation in the Hausmannhof vineyards. It is aged for a minimum of 24 months on the lees, resulting in fine mousse, aromatic complexity and refined elegance.
In the glass it shows a bright straw-yellow hue with subtle golden glints. The perlage is fine and persistent, lively yet elegant. The bouquet is intense and elegant, featuring exotic fruits, white blossoms, and hints of Golden Delicious apple. On the palate it delivers dry freshness, balanced richness and finesse—ideal as an aperitif or paired with seafood and sophisticated fish dishes.
