The “Out” BIO 2019 by Judith Beck is a biodynamic, natural red wine from Burgenland, made from Zweigelt and St. Laurent. Spontaneously fermented, unfiltered, and with minimal sulphur, it embodies the raw purity of natural winemaking. In the glass, it shows a hazy ruby red with purple edges. The nose is vibrant and expressive with sour cherry, forest floor, dried herbs, and a touch of volatility. On the palate, it’s juicy, earthy, and alive, with firm tannins and lively acidity. The texture is grippy and fresh, the style unpolished and honest. “Out” is a wine for free spirits – unrefined, energetic, and full of soul.
