On the nose, it reveals an intense and refined bouquet of ripe blackcurrant and blackberry, accented by floral hints of iris, subtle spices, and cedarwood. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and layered, offering juicy notes of cassis and black cherry, supported by fine tannins and a fresh acidity that leads into a long, harmonious finish.

The 2021 blend is composed of 89% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, and 1% Cabernet Franc. The dominant Cabernet Sauvignon provides structure, depth, and dark fruit character, while Merlot adds suppleness and round tannins. A touch of Cabernet Franc contributes additional complexity and spicy nuances. The 2021 vintage was marked by climatic challenges, including drought and water stress.
