The Pas Dosé DOC 2020 from Haderburg is an elegant traditional-method sparkling wine made from 85% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Noir. Aged on the lees for a minimum of 36 months, it develops aromatic depth and refined texture. The 2020 vintage offered balanced ripening and layered complexity.

In the glass it displays a clear bright straw-yellow with golden highlights. The mousse is fine and persistent, lively yet elegant. The nose opens with aromas of brioche, baked yeast and yellow apple, accented by subtle floral tones. On the palate it is dry, fresh and harmonious with crisp acidity and gentle structure. The finish is long and vibrant—perfect as a refined aperitif or paired with seafood and delicate starters.
