The Monteverro Chardonnay 2020 (Toscana IGT) is a 100% estate-grown Chardonnay from the Maremma coast near Capalbio. Fermented in French oak barriques and concrete eggs, it reflects the cool nights and coastal breezes with elegant aromatics and refined structure. In the glass it presents as a pale straw-yellow with subtle silvery highlights. The bouquet is rich and layered with aromas of ripe pear, apricot, quince, honey and toasted brioche, complemented by vanilla and walnut nuances over elegant minerality. On the palate it is full, creamy and fruit-driven, balanced by crisp acidity and a minerally frame. The finish is long, fresh and structured.
