The Ruländer DOC 2023 from Haderburg is a refined white wine made from 100% Pinot Grigio, grown on limestone moraine soils in Salurn-Pfatten. It is fermented in stainless steel and aged in new barriques, giving it depth and finesse. In the glass, it is a bright straw-yellow with a hint of green reflections. The bouquet reveals layered aromas of pear, quince, hawthorn blossom and jasmine, with subtle hints of vanilla and coconut from wood aging. On the palate, it is dry and mineral, with balanced acidity, elegant structure and a long, spicy finish. A versatile and refined choice as an aperitif or paired with seafood, mushroom risotto or light poultry dishes.
