The Kerner DOC 2024 from Erbhof Unterganzner is a fresh and aromatic white wine from South Tyrol, created from a cross between Riesling and Vernatsch (Schiava). The Kerner grape is renowned for its fruity character and lively acidity. The grapes thrive in sunny, well-ventilated vineyards around Bolzano, where mineral-rich soils and a mild climate provide optimal ripening conditions. 
Erbhof Unterganzner, a historic family-run estate, focuses on careful hand harvesting and gentle vinification to preserve the variety’s freshness and aromatic complexity. In the glass, it shows a pale straw yellow with greenish hues. The nose reveals aromas of green apple, citrus fruits, and a hint of nutmeg. On the palate, it is clear, vibrant, and well-balanced, with fresh acidity and a mineral finish.
