The Torre d'Orti Ripasso Valpolicella Superiore has a deep purple color and iridescent reflections in the glass. Its bouquet delights with aromas of black fruits such as plum, blackberry and mulberry, accompanied by subtle notes of black currant. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and complex, with a range of dark fruit aromas, cocoa, spicy nuances and a touch of mineral freshness. The vinification of this powerful red wine is characterized by care and tradition.

The Corvina and Rondinella grape varieties, which grow on the clay soils of Veneto, give this wine its characteristic depth and complexity. The wine shows a unique European charm that embodies the tradition and quality of the Old World. After careful manual harvesting, the grapes are immediately sent to the press room, where they are selected and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in small wooden barrels at controlled temperatures, followed by aging in oak barrels for several months.
