The Pinot Grigio DOC 2023 from Cantina Kurtatsch presents a delicate bouquet, characterized by fresh aromas of juicy pears and green apples, complemented by subtle citrus notes. Its color is a pale straw yellow, which shines in the glass, highlighting the lightness and freshness of the wine. On the palate, it develops a refreshing taste, with a fine minerality, accompanied by a lively acidity structure. The Pinot Grigio grape variety is known for its elegant fruitiness and delicate aromas. It is a mutation of the red variety Pinot Noir and is characterized by its light and fresh style.

The grapes are carefully harvested and gently processed to preserve the natural aromas and freshness of the wine. Cantina Kurtatsch, a renowned winery in South Tyrol, stands for the highest quality and tradition. It is located in a picturesque wine-growing region, known for its alpine climate and diverse vegetation. Here, the grapes thrive in ideal conditions, characterized by cool nights and warm days. The Pinot Grigio is gently pressed immediately after harvest and then fermented under controlled conditions. This results in a fresh and fruity wine, which fully expresses its potential. After a short aging period, the wine is bottled and ready to be enjoyed.
