The Chardonnay Riserva DOC Burgum Novum from the 2022 vintage by Castelfeder reveals an intense bouquet of ripe pears, exotic fruits, and subtle notes of toast and vanilla. In the glass, it shines with a brilliant golden hue and greenish reflections. On the palate, it unfolds remarkable complexity, offering a full-bodied character and a harmonious balance between freshness and creamy texture.

This white wine is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, a variety renowned for its versatility and adaptability. It thrives particularly well in the cool winegrowing regions of South Tyrol, where the Mediterranean climate and hilly landscapes provide ideal conditions. The grapes are carefully hand-harvested and gently vinified to preserve their natural aromas and the distinctive characteristics of the terroir.
