Cristina Ascheri's Gavi di Gavi DOCG 2023 is made exclusively from the Cortese grape variety, which is known for its ability to produce fresh and aromatic wines. This wine is characterized by a light straw yellow color with green nuances, which is typical of young and lively wines. The scent reveals a delicate mix of wild flowers and citrus fruits, which give it a refreshing liveliness. In terms of taste, the wine has a dry, pleasantly harmonious structure with a remarkable feeling of freshness and a delicate, persistent aroma.

The Ascheri wines are known for being an excellent reflection of the terroir of the Gavi region in Piedmont.
