The St. Magdalener Classico Nobilis Rarität 2018 by Obermoser – Thomas Rottensteiner is a traditional South Tyrolean red wine that combines freshness with elegance. Made mostly from Schiava (Vernatsch) with a small portion of Lagrein, it appears in the glass with a bright ruby red color. The bouquet is fruity and floral, with notes of cherry, raspberry, and violet, gently spiced. On the palate, it is fresh, smooth, and well-balanced, with soft tannins and a clean, mineral-accented finish. The 2018 vintage shows depth while maintaining the light style typical for the appellation. A great match for light meat dishes, poultry, regional starters, or mild cheeses.
