On the palate, the wine is fresh and lively, featuring elegant tannins that provide aromatic roundness and an inviting, flavorful character. The Blauburgunder grape, internationally known as Pinot Noir, is renowned for its fine fruit aromas and velvety texture. A distinctive feature of this wine is the vineyard altitude, ranging from 350 to 900 meters above sea level on varied soils, which adds to its complexity.
