The Cabernet Riserva DOC Mumelter from 2020, produced by the Bolzano winery, presents itself as an elegant red wine with impressive structure and complexity. On the nose, it develops an intense bouquet of dark berries such as cassis and blackberries, accompanied by subtle notes of spices and a delicate smokiness. The deep red color of the wine is already indicative of its concentration and richness, while on the palate there are strong aromas of dark fruits, fine tannins and a pleasant acid structure.

This wine consists primarily of the Cabernet Sauvignon grape, one of the finest red wine varieties in the world. This grape variety brings depth, structure and longevity to the wine. The special feature of Cabernet Riserva lies in its aging period, which includes extended storage in barrels and bottles, which gives it additional complexity and

finesse.

The farming system is carefully maintained to maximize the quality of the grapes. The wine is aged in oak barrels, which give the wine complex aromas and a silky texture. The Riserva classification guarantees a minimum aging period of two years, which means that the wine reaches its perfection.
