The Blanc de Blancs by Perrier-Jouët is a masterpiece of champagne art that impresses with its elegance and refinement. This champagne is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, which are known for their freshness and finesse. The grapes come from the best vineyards on the Côte des Blancs, where they can ripen under optimal conditions and develop their characteristic aromas.
The special feature of this champagne lies in its purity and its clear expression of the Chardonnay terroir. Perrier-Jouët only uses grapes from Premier Cru and Grand Cru sites for Blanc de Blancs, which underlines its exceptional quality and complexity.
The eye is delighted with pale golden champagne with green accents, which looks deliciously lively and bright in the glass. The nose is surrounded by delicate aromas of hedge flowers such as elderberry, acacia and honeysuckle, accompanied by fresh, sparkling notes of citrus fruits. On the palate, there is a mineral freshness that infuses the champagne with a fine perlage and leads to a surprisingly soft, mild finish.
